Tile Cutting Machine

Enables high-precision cutting of various tiles and large-format ceramic slabs; equipped with an intelligent CNC cutting system, ensuring chip-free cutting edges.

Tile Bullnose Machine

Specifically designed for the rounding and polishing of ceramic tile skirting boards and stair treads, producing smooth, uniform rounded edges that enhance the aesthetic appeal of the finished product.

Stone Cutting Machine

High-precision stone cutting—suitable for hard stones such as granite and marble—featuring a large cutting stroke for stable and efficient operation.

Stone Polishing Machine

Various configurations of stone polishing machines are available as optional upgrades; the greater the number of polishing heads, the superior the surface finish and the faster the polishing speed.

Stone Edge Polishing Machine

Designed for chamfering, edge grinding, and polishing the edges of countertops, stairs, and windowsills; produces smooth, uniform rounded (R) edges, and is capable of processing both upper and lower rounded edges as well as bevels.

Water Jet Cutting Machine

Utilizing ultra-high-pressure water jets, this cold-cutting process creates no heat-affected zone, making it ideal for the complex and irregular cutting of materials such as stone, glass, tiles, and sintered stone.

Employing a suite of high-precision inspection tools—including CMMs, digital micrometers, multimeters, and other specialized equipment—we perform comprehensive, multi-dimensional, and micron-level inspections of core components to guarantee that every part strictly adheres to design standards.

Manual Inspection

Senior quality inspectors perform item-by-item checks in strict accordance with standard operating procedures. Scrutinizing everything from external appearance to assembly details, they leave no potential defect undetected; accountability is assigned to specific individuals, ensuring full traceability throughout the entire process.

Equipment Operational Testing

Every complete machine undergoes a continuous operational test lasting over 48 hours to simulate real-world working conditions. This rigorous testing evaluates machining precision, stability, processing quality, and speed, ensuring that every unit is fully qualified and reliable upon leaving the factory.
